Zendesk AI Agent By Adelante

Adelante is a managed AI support agent that finishes the work for Shopify brands on Zendesk. When a customer asks to change their address, the agent verifies them, checks the live order, confirms the change fits your rules, updates it and tells the customer it's done. WISMO, returns and exchanges work the same way, across email, chat and WhatsApp. Handovers become fixes you approve, so it keeps improving. Adelante is SOC 2 Type II compliant. We set it up and run it, and you're live in 10 days.
