Winback AI

Winback AI helps recover abandoned Shopify checkouts with AI calls. The AI can answer product questions and optionally offer a one-time expiring discount. Merchants set calling windows and review call outcomes in the dashboard. Growth and Scale can enable Live Handoff to a store phone number.
