Vista Order Editing & Upsell

Vista Order Editing turns your Order Status & Thank You page into a self-service hub. Customers fix shipping address, swap variants, change quantities, change shipping method, apply discount codes, or cancel orders before fulfillment starts — without contacting support. Fulfillment protection blocks edits once an order ships to avoid inventory sync issues. Set editing rules by time window, order tag, or delivery method, & refund cancellations as store credit. Limit products a customer can edit.
