Upsello

After a Shopify order is placed, Upsello sends customers a post-purchase upsell via Viber or SMS. Merchants choose products, set when messages are sent, and edit message content in the dashboard. Customers see product details on a confirmation page and can accept or decline. When accepted, Upsello creates a new Shopify order using details from the original purchase. The dashboard tracks sends, clicks, and conversions.
