Swapify+

Give customers a mobile-ready portal to find eligible orders, choose items, add private photo evidence, and request a refund or exchange. Customers can choose another variant of the same item or an exact variant from a different product. Your team can review each request, see the requested replacement, track its activity, and create the return directly in Shopify.
