RTOx Phone Verify & Limit COD

The app verifies customer phone numbers through OTP before checkout, ensuring that each order is linked to a valid contact. Merchants can choose to allow cash on delivery only when a number is successfully verified, keeping COD available for genuine buyers.By blocking unverified orders, the app helps reduce return-to-origin cases, cut unnecessary shipping costs, and improve the overall reliability of COD transactions for both merchants and customers.
