RMS Chat Assistant (AI)

"Where's my order?" "Do you have this in blue?" You've answered these a thousand times, and now one's landed at 2am your time. RMS Shop Assistant answers instantly on your storefront, using your real catalogue, policies and live inventory — not a script — and only escalates what genuinely needs you. You get your evenings back. Customers get answers at 2am instead of "we'll respond in 24 hour."Add your WhatsApp Business Account and the app hands over the chat to your team member over WhatsApp.
