ReturnSort

ReturnSort helps merchant teams record return requests from existing store orders, review explainable policy decisions, attach evidence, and track cases through a status workflow. Optional team tools add rule-based categorization, assignment, and batch updates. Advanced tools add brand-specific policy versions, service reminders, and return trend reports. Merchants handle customer contact and any refund or exchange in their usual systems; ReturnSort does not send messages or issue refunds.
