ReturnPilot

Most Shopify merchants lose 20-30% of return revenue to full refunds — not because customers insist on them, but because there's no alternative offered. ReturnPilot fixes that. When a customer submits a return, they're automatically shown a smarter option: an exchange, store credit with a bonus, or a smooth refund. You set the rules once. The app handles everything else.
