Returnly

Returnly is AI-powered returns management for Shopify — returns, exchanges, refunds, and store credit from one queue. Every request is read by AI before you see it: the reason, the item, the order context. You get a recommendation, a confidence score, and a draft reply. Approve, deny, refund, or issue native Shopify store credit in one click — real Admin API mutations, no copy-paste between tabs. Auto-approval rules resolve the safe ones automatically. Branded self-service return portal.
