Returnhub

Returnhub gives your store a branded return portal. Customers look up their order, pick the items they want to send back, choose a reason, and submit — no account, noemailing back and forth.Every request lands in one dashboard inside your Shopify admin. Approve or reject with a click. Approved refunds are processed straight through Shopify, so there's nothing to reconcile by hand.
