Return Wise: Return & Exchange

Shoppers open returns themselves — on your store or in Shopify customer accounts — and see an exchange or store credit with an optional bonus before a cash refund. Approve pending returns in one queue; analytics track refund volume, store credit issued, and retention rate. Check any return's status on a tracking timeline. AI drafts return rules from your policy. All of it ships on the Founding plan — stores that install during the founding window keep it for as long as the app stays installed.
