Resale Proof

If you make exempt sales without valid exemption proof, the audit trail lands on you. Resale Proof handles resale-certificate compliance for B2B and nonprofit Shopify stores. Customers upload PDFs via a branded portal or magic-link email — no Shopify login. Per-state validation catches typos before signature. Approved certs auto-apply exemption at checkout. One-click audit-bundle PDF export. Pro adds exemption-cert sync to QuickBooks.
