Predispute: Chargeback Control

Most store owners hear nothing about their chargebacks until the money is gone. Predispute gives you yours. It works out your dispute rate on Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover, every day and shows the working behind every figure. We provide a recommendation for every dispute: fight, refund or drop, with the reasoning, the response fee you would spend, and your win rate on that dispute type. For those you fight, we draft a custom rebuttal letter specifically for that dispute type.
