Packly: AI Gang Sheet Builder

Packly is an AI-powered gang sheet builder for Shopify DTF, sublimation, and heat-transfer print shops. Customers upload artwork, remove backgrounds and upscale low-resolution images with AI, then arrange everything on the sheet with smart auto-nesting. A 5-tier resolution overlay flags low-DPI images on the canvas, so unprintable artwork is caught before checkout. Logged-in shoppers save designs to their Shopify account for one-click reorders. Every order delivers a print-ready 300 DPI PNG.
