Order Undo ‑ Cancel Edit Order

Order Undo lets customers cancel or edit orders before fulfillment, cutting support work. Set cancellation windows, collect reasons, and give refunds or store credit with fully automated restocking. Customers can rebuild their cart for a new checkout, helping turn an order change into another sale. Add controls to customer accounts and thank-you pages, with Shopify Sidekick support and guided setup. Personalize messages to match your brand voice and use cancellation insights to improve policies.
