OptiMail

A missing flat number, a mistyped postcode or a customer who moved house years ago can all lead to a failed delivery.OptiMail checks UK delivery addresses after checkout. If something looks wrong, your customer is asked to confirm or correct it on the Thank You page before you dispatch. Flagged orders show in Shopify so your team can act early, and possible movers and goneaways are highlighted too.Built by BBS, UK address data specialists.
