Opstimal Return Rescue

Opstimal Return Rescue is returns intelligence for Shopify: it decides whether each return should become an exchange, store credit, a manual fraud review, or a SKU-level product fix. Every decision carries an auditable reason and return analytics your team can inspect. Market-based return policy recommendations adjust rules by region. Works beside your existing returns portal, not as a replacement. Built for DTC brands, 3PLs, and multi-market Shopify merchants.
