On Belay

On Belay is a full AI operating system for Shopify merchants. Connect your entire stack to build effective AI workflows through a governed permission and governance layer. Once installed, you control exactly which humans and AI agents can access your products, orders, customers, and inventory — and what actions they can take. Every request is routed through On Belay's approval system, so your team gets powerful AI assistance without losing visibility or control over what's happening.
