Omi: Sales Associate

Online shopping has never had a sales associate. Now it does. Omi is the in-store experience, online. It works the way your best in-store staff does. Greeting shoppers, suggesting what pairs well, surfacing what's on sale, and finding alternatives when something is out of stock.Omi understands your catalog, recommends complementary products, and handles order and product questions automatically. Connects to your Shopify catalog with self-serve setup. Nothing about your current site changes.
