FulfillRelay Returns

FulfillRelay Returns brings customer requests, photos and return rules into one workflow. Customers verify their order email and submit a return through a portal under your store name. Review the evidence, use optional AI suggestions, then approve or decline yourself. Upload a carrier-prepared return-label PDF, track receipt and manage the refund decision. A case timeline and customer status page keep the next step clear.
