Fortuna: AI Support Staff

Fortuna connects your Shopify store and Gmail or Outlook inbox, using live order, product, fulfillment, customer and saved-policy context to answer customers by email. Preview AI drafts before enabling Auto. Policy-allowed refunds at or below your saved Auto cap may execute after identity, order, channel, policy and safety checks; above-cap refunds wait for your tap — never refused just for being over the cap. Keep your inbox. Staff on Subscription™. Storefront live chat is not yet available.
