EU Withdrawal Button by CL

The EU withdrawal button (Widerrufsbutton) is mandatory from 19 June 2026 under Directive (EU) 2023/2673 (Widerruf) for stores selling to EU/EEA consumers. The EU withdrawal button and form use a two-step confirmation flow. Guest buyers submit a withdrawal form without any login. Confirmation emails reach both customer and merchant, every request lands in a dashboard with an audit-ready timeline per withdrawal, option to restrict the button to EU/EEA, and supports a multilingual withdrawal form.
