They upload their artwork, choose a size, add optional text, and see an interactive 3D preview before adding it to the cart. You can accept custom orders without editing the art or building a cutter file yourself -- every upload becomes a print-ready cutter automatically. You choose the cutter settings, such as wall thickness, height, handle and cutting edge.
