ConsentGuard: Terms Checkbox

ConsentGuard adds a consent block to your cart page — a checkbox, banner, or acknowledgment — so customers accept your terms before checkout. Every acceptance is recorded with the order number, time, and a snapshot of the exact text shown, so you can export evidence for one order in a dispute. Optional enforcement blocks checkout until required boxes are ticked, including Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Buy It Now. Templates cover age acknowledgment, final sale, custom orders, and hazardous goods.
