Concierge B2B

B2B Concierge helps wholesale merchants respond to buyer questions without losing control of important sales conversations. The storefront chat widget answers safe questions from uploaded knowledge and store data, while quote, order change, and account questions are routed to the sales team in Slack for review and reply.
