Compra Surveys

Compra is a survey & insights platform that helps you learn why customers buy, which channels convert and where they drop off. Collect zero-party insights across checkout, thank-you pages, on-site and shareable links. Run post-purchase and on-site surveys to understand attribution, NPS, product feedback and drop-offs. Customize easily, target specific pages or customers, and automate actions with Shopify Flow to improve marketing, CX, and conversions.
