ChargeBack Shield

Refund abuse and chargebacks drain merchant profits, but most stores have no way to identify repeat offenders before processing a refund. Chargeback Shield scores every order automatically using refund history, purchase patterns, and cross-store fraud signals. Risky orders appear in a review queue with plain-English explanations. Risky fulfilments are held automatically until you decide. No configuration required, works from the moment you install.
