Chargeback Buddy

Chargeback Buddy helps merchants manage disputes from one workspace. It syncs Shopify Payments disputes, collects available order, payment, customer, fulfillment, refund, and policy records, and turns them into merchant-reviewed response drafts and exportable evidence packages. Merchants remain in control of every submission. Automatic dispute sync requires Shopify Payments.
