CartNote Pro

Native Checkout UI Extension — no code required. Merchants can add delivery notes, gift messages, or custom requests without touching theme code. Pre-configured starter fields are ready out of the box. Customers type once, notes appear in order details automatically. Built on Shopify's Checkout Extensibility as a replacement for legacy checkout.liquid. Works with Shopify's modern checkout.
