AYD Returns & Exchanges

AYD Returns & Exchanges adds a self-serve returns page to your store, for signed-in and guest customers, in 6 languages. Customers can swap for another size or product, take store credit with a bonus, or request a refund. Automation rules approve, hold, decline or refund returns for you. Set return windows, final sale items and fees, then restock and refund from one panel. Royal Mail labels are emailed automatically, return reasons map to your RMA codes, and Insights show why items come back.
