Akeed: WhatsApp COD

Akeed confirms cash-on-delivery orders on WhatsApp before fulfillment. It sends a branded message in Arabic or English, records confirm or cancel responses, and adds matching Shopify order tags. Merchants can monitor confirmed, canceled, pending, and unanswered orders in one dashboard. Configure first-send delays, one follow-up reminder, quiet hours, and store-timezone scheduling. Most stores can start on Akeed's official WhatsApp infrastructure without connecting their own number.
